Dave Janssen leads PFS Insurance Group as President. He has been in the insurance industry for more than 30 years. Dave leads an organization that specializes in Commercial, Health Benefits, Agribusiness, Crop, Surety and Personal Insurance. "Our success depends on having the right people in the right seat doing the right thing to protect the assets of our customers. Our goal is to professionally advise and serve our customers... One Team, One Purpose, One Way."

Agency Operations Manager Kyle Dufford joined PFS in March of 2015. He began his insurance career in 1978 - getting his start as a janitor at his father's agency, before ultimately becoming the corporate president and lead risk manager. Kyle specializes in large entity risk management, professional insurance, malpractice insurance, and medium to large account risk identification. He also manages carrier relationships and continuing education at the agency.

With a broad understanding of insurance and risk management, Kyle enjoys servicing his clients and developing lasting relationships. Kyle holds a CIC designation and also received an associate degree in risk management.

Away from the agency, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family, and is active in his church, Calvary Chapel of Greeley.

Advisor Barb Campbell joined PFS in 2017, and has been in the insurance industry for over 9 years. She started her career as an agent with Farm Bureau in Eastern Colorado and a relocation to the Front Range brought her to PFS.

Barb specializes in Personal Lines and her focus and expertise is to properly advise successful and accomplished families and individuals. She is committed to building relationships with her clients as a trusted advisor in helping to understand "the value in value".

Away from the office, Barb enjoys the outdoors, traveling and spending time with her family.

Advisor Abbey Janssen has been in the insurance industry since 2013, spending the entirety of her career at PFS. Abbey specializes in Commercial Risk Management, and enjoys building lasting relationships with her clients.

Abbey is passionate about the insurance business and is committed to providing excellent customer service. For her work, she was named Colorado's "Young Insurance Professional of the Year" in 2015, and she lists that as her biggest professional achievement.

A graduate of the University of Colorado, Abbey enjoys being active and spending time with family and friends in her free time.

An experienced and innovative leader in the insurance industry. Don has a proven track record in all aspects of Agency Devlopment. His oversight includes Sales Management, Agency Growth Initiatives and Innovative Risk Management Practices.

Outside of PFS he is active with both civic responsibility and social development throughout Colorado.

Karen Riley is the newest member to our PFS sales team as a Senior Benefits Account Executive. She has been an insurance professional for over 30 years. Karen's insurance career first began in the Property & Casualty sector and since, she has pursued her insurance career into the Health & Life insurance field for the last 13 years. She is a public notary and holds a GBDS designation.

Karen has a passion for strategizing with employers and business owners to come up with the best solution for employee benefits that meet any budget and coverage needs. Her knowledge of the employee benefits industry, products and markets allows her to work closely with the best insurance companies.

Commercial producer and agency partner John Hintzman has been in the insurance industry for nearly 30 years, joining PFS in 2008. He specializes in commercial property, liability, workers compensation, fleet auto, professional liability, directors and officers, surety bonds, and intellectual property coverages.

After getting to know his clients and learning how they operate their business, John will provide innovative risk management solutions. He enjoys building lasting relationships with his clients and giving them the peace of mind that their business is protected.

A graduate of Colorado State University, John is a past president of the Rotary Club of Fort Collins-Breakfast and is a regional board member of the Book Trust.

Advisor Nick Vander Linden started at PFS in early 2020, during which time he has received his licenses to sell Life & Health as well as Property & Casualty Insurance. Nick enjoys building new relationships with clients and helping them mitigate risks within their businesses.

Born and raised in Northern Colorado, Nick also received his bachelor's degree in tourism and business finance from Colorado State University.

I started my insurance career at PFS in early 2020, as a Property & Casualty Risk Advisor. I find building new relationships and helping clients manage risk brings a lot of joy to what I do.

Born and raised in Michigan, I received a Bachelor's Degree from Michigan State University where I was captain of the Men's Cross Country and Track & Field Programs. Since moving to Colorado, I enjoy spending time outside and living an active lifestyle with my dog.

Advisor Sean Penny began his insurance career with PFS in early 2017, specializing in commercial property and casualty insurance. Sean enjoys creating relationships that benefit all parties.

Sean earned a bachelor's degree in golf management and is a member of the PGA.

Specializing in commercial coverage and agribusiness, Advisor Travis McConnell has been in the insurance business for 12 years. Travis is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), and he enjoys building lasting relationships with his clients and learning about their business. He is committed to helping his clients uncover the risks associated with their industry and helping them find the coverage to protect their assets and mitigate exposures.

Travis resides in Sterling, and he enjoys spending time with his wife and two teenage children away from the office.

Luke has been in the insurance industry for 7 years. Starting out as a claim's adjuster for Rural Community Insurance Services he learned valuable skills and insight into a vast array of insurance products for Crop Insurance, and brought the knowledge he learned to PFS Insurance Group in 2017. Growing up on the family farm he knows the challenges that face today's farming industry and he values each and every one of his clients. Luke's main specialty is Crop Insurance but also is involved in Property, Casualty, and Commercial Insurance.

Luke also is the current Mayor-Pro Tem of the City of Yuma, serves on the Chamber of Commerce, and has been a first responder on the local volunteer fire department. He loves to socialize with the community, volunteer, spend time with his kids, and play golf.
